One Conference: Thai-hosted HD meetings for institutional collaboration
Host HD video calls with up to 100 participants and continuous meetings lasting up to 24 hours, plus in-call chat, emojis, and media sharing. Internet Thailand Public Company Limited supplies this Android conferencing client as part of a wider One Platform ecosystem. The app integrates with OneChat and OneBox, offers ETDA certification for classified meeting control, and targets corporate, government, and educational users in Thailand who require local data sovereignty.
How One Conference handles live collaboration in meetings
One Conference combines multi-party HD video and audio with in-call chat, interactive emojis, and media sharing. The client supports up to 100 simultaneous participants and permits screen or file sharing of photos, videos, and presentations. Meeting scheduling and participant management tools let organizers set up sessions and control attendance, while video messaging lets absent participants view or join discussions after the live session.
How private are your conversations on One Conference?
Conversations run on INET's local infrastructure in Thailand, and the platform holds certification from the Electronic Transactions Development Agency for classified meeting control. Hosting within a national data centre provides data sovereignty and lower latency for local organizations. Those facts indicate the product is designed to meet compliance needs for government and enterprise use where local hosting and formal certification matter.
Staying connected across devices and the INET ecosystem
The service is available on Android, iOS, and via web browsers and is optimised for mobile and tablet interfaces. Integration with the One Platform, including OneChat and OneBox, gives users access to messaging and file services inside the same environment. Cross-device access and platform integration make it practical for teams already using INET's digital workspace to join meetings from phones, tablets, or desktops.
How meeting organisation and moderation work for hosts
Organizers get participant management controls and advanced scheduling features suitable for larger sessions used in government or education. The app supports long-duration meetings up to 24 hours, which suits extended training or multi-session events. Those capabilities pair with video messaging and in-call chat to let hosts moderate discussions and provide asynchronous follow-up for attendees who miss live segments.
Who should choose One Conference, and where it may limit you
One Conference is a secure, institution-focused choice for Thai organisations that need certified, locally hosted video meetings and extended call durations. Integration with INET services strengthens workflows inside that ecosystem but may offer less immediate value for teams outside INET's platform. Consider it when data sovereignty and formal certification matter more than third-party service integrations.
